So far so good.

So today, for breakfast I ate 2 whole wheat waffles with some jam. The jam has some carbs in it but I heard it's okay to eat it in the morning, and I also heard you burn more calories in the morning, so I feel O.K. about that. I walked home from school again, so I'm proud. I just ate a sandwich with raspberry jam, I didn't put on too much jam though because I'm trying to stay away from carbs… they're in so many foods.

Ugh.

This morning I ate two waffles (whole wheat) with jam (the Maple Syrup had too many carbs). And then a few hours later (after I came back from my exam) I ate cereal with banana slices and 3.25% milk. That's a lot. A lot of fat and carbs. I think I'm going to jump rope a bit today as well… I'm really tired though.

Weight.

This is going to be an all-purpose journal.

I ate a lot today. Too much. I doubt I could even recall everything I ate. Bananas, cereal, strawberries, bread, oatmeal, chicken & vegetables with rice… That's too much. I wouldn't be surprised if I've gained a pound or more. I can't weigh myself because I don't own a scale, which is not only a bad thing, but also a good thing.

I think I'm going to jump rope for a while, it burns calories well. The problem is that I haven't studied one bit for my art exam. I feel overwhelmed.
